Running Corners for Paintball
This exercise can be done at any open area of about 50 feet. Place 3 cones in a line. Start at the middle cone and run to the far cone to your right. Walk back then do it again to your left. Notice That I start with my body lined up as if my barrel is touching the net and I’m looking down field. This is how I would line up when I run and shoot to a corner.
