Sliding 101
We spent a good 30 minutes working on this at my last clinic. It's important to learn the correct sliding form as early as possible. It will save your body from repeated abuse and make movement and breakout domination possible! Use your upper body momentum while running and dive into the slide. This gives your opponent less of a target and a better chance of you getting to your spot position.
